To international students: health check-up scheduled on June 2 and 3
Regarding the health check-up scheduled on June 2 and 3, please be noted the following notes, in order to protect yourself and to prevent further spread.
If you have received check-up in April 2020 or October 2019, you are not required to receive again.
【Notes when receiving health check-up】
・If you have fever or respiratory symptoms on your check-up date, refrain from coming to the check-up.
・Wear a face mask when coming to the check-up.
・Keep a distance of at least 1 m from other people and refrain from talking while you are in line.
・For the chest X-ray, wear a plain T-shirt without any decorations. Do not wear accessories or underwear with metal materials. Leave these items at home.
・ Complete online medical interview sheet on Shimane University Moodle Ver.2020 prior to the checkup. See attached PDF for more details.
